St. Patrick Youth Community

St. Patrick's is a wonderful place for children and young people to be together, have fun, to learn and grow. We are a community where there is something for everyone. Our programs include spiritual, athletic, educational and musical activities. The purpose of all these activities as stated in the Youth Community's vision statement is to "strive to grow in our knowledge and experience of the love of Christ"

More than 3,000 young people participate in our programs staffed by hundreds of volunteers who have been screened with compulsory background checks through the State Department of Criminal Justice. Our first Youth Administrator, Mr. Magg, always said, "Do it for the kids" and envisioned a state of the art gymnasium, which was dedicated on site in December of 2005 through the efforts of the parish and the clergy.

We believe that: "A hundred years from now it will not matter what my bank account was, the sort of house I lived in, or the kind of car I drove.... But the world may be different because I was important in the life of a child."
